- Use Pentalobe screwdriver to take off two screws at the bottom.

- Slide the back housing cover upward.
|
 |
- You will be able to see internal components after taking off the back housing cover.
|

- There are 5 screws on the top circled in this photo.
- There are 2 screws on the middle circled in this photo.
- There are 2 screws on the battery connector circled in this photo.

- Remember group screws apart on the magnetic for re-assembly afterward

- Flip up the plug of battery by a spudger as what we’ve shown you in this photo.
- You might be able to find that there is a tiny piece of metal which is covering the antenna plug. Remember the position for re-assembly afterward.

- Remove Sim Card Tray by Pin stabbing into a little hole shown in this photo.

- Flip up the connector plug of charging dock connector by a spudger.

 |

- Remove battery from another side avoiding damage of motherboard or other parts.
- Caution: Battery is glued by Super 3M sticker, you might need to use flathead remover to take that out from the panel.

- There is a screw beside the Vibrator (silver circle shape).
- Remember to group screws apart on the magnetic for re-assembly afterward

- take off the screw i mentioned in previous photo.
|

- Carefully disconnect the antenna on board circled in this photo.
|
 |
- Remove the screw which is on the left side of Silver Vibrator
|
 |
- Gently take off the metal bracket after removing 5 screws on top.
|

|
 |
- Remove the screw as photo shown you.
|
 |
- Take out the metal piece after removing the screw shown in previous photo.
|
 |
- Remove the screw by a flathead screwdriver as photo shown.
|
 |
- Firstly, disconnect 3 connectors on the left side of motherboard by the spudger.
|
 |
- After disconnecting connector plugs will be exactly looked like what you can see in the photo.
|
 |
- Then disconnect the Connector plugs located on the top side shown in photo.
- Caution: remove a screw which is covered by a little black tape circled in the photo.

 |
- Disconnect WIFI antenna on the top side.
|
 |
- Pick up the antenna at the bottom side like what we’ve shown you in the photo.
|
 |
- Slowly take up the motherboard from the bottom as shown in the photo.
|
 |
- Caution: Move all obstacles aside while removing motherboard out.
|
 |
- Take out the metal piece.
|
 |
- Remove a screw on the right side of loud speaker then taking out loud speaker.
|
 |
- Use the hairdryer to heat toward for melting glue under the sliver round vibrator.
|
 |
- Pick that up easily after glue melted.
|
 |
- Remove a screw which is located on each corner at the bottom of iPhone’s frame.
|
 |
- Remove a screw which is located on each corner at the top of iPhone’s frame.
|
 |
- Remove three screws which are located on each side of iPhone’s frame.
|
 |
|
|
 |
- Use a spudger to disconnect the “digitizer and screen plugs” and get ready to apply new screen on motherboard for testing.
|
 |
- Always do a proper testing before installing a new screen on.
|
 |
|
|
 |
- Heat up the top part of screen and get ready to remove the screen.
|
 |
- By using suction cup and spudger to seperate the screen and middleframe.
|
 |
- Use suction cup to pull broken screen up from the bottom gently.
|
 |
- Beware of damaging the cable while using suction cup to pull up the screen.
|
 |
- Heat up the buttom part of the Digitizer, will make it come off easily.
|
 |
- Taking up the broken screen from the bottom by a spudger going around the iPhone’s frame.
|
 |
|
|
 |
- Important: Make sure those two cables through the gap as shown in this photo, no matter installation or removal.
- Caution: Damage cables will cause non-function of LCD and touch screen.

- Clean up top and bottom, make sure there are no broken glasses left on the surface of middle frame.
|
 |
- Reuse the earpiece grille from the original screen.
|
 |
- Reuse the original little sensor foam from the original screen.
|
 |

- Easily remove the home button, try to not damage the sticker.

 |
- Reuse and replace the camera mount.
|
 |
- Peel of Protector before install.
